Not powering up, fuse is good

Given to us. It won't power up. The eletricial sourse is good, the cord is good, the fuse is good.

Try leaving it plugged in for a few minutes, if it turns on after a few minutes, it may be a bad power supply capacitor, so you may want to open it up and look for obviously blown capacitors, if the problem still persists, then replace all of the capacitors in the power supply. this worked for my Panasonic DMR-EZ48V, just be carful as power supply capacitors can hold a dangerous voltage.
