Grinded through Multiple layers, best fix? - Failed Screw Removal

Hi there, I have very stupidly grinded through multiple PCB layers when using a dremel to remove a stripped screw on a switch lite and am wondering what is the best preventative measure to stop a short or other catastrophic disaster?

Luckily I believe I have only gone through the ground plane and maybe hit one spot that has a via. Tracing that via/test point I think it comes to this 5th pin on the STM32 chip? Assuming this is the correct datasheet, it should be the Boot0 pin which I believe is pulled LOW by default?

Would this mean it is 'safe' to add power to the motherboard in this current state?

Would anyone have any recommendations for the next steps? I was thinking I might need to buy some solder mask to apply over the exposed planes. or maybe hot glue temporarily for now?

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
