The touch sensors are working anymore.

I turned on my ps3 earlier fine but noticed that it wouldn’t take any of my CDs. I opened it up to investigate and once I closed it back up I couldn’t turn it on anymore. The red light would stay on but that’s it. I’ve touched the little bars lightly with my fingers and I get nothing. I cannot find the ribbon cable that I’ve been seeing. I have the Cech-g01 model.

Hi!

On the PS3 it’s using 2 small metals on the board. If one of them is mis alligned/damaged it cannot make good contact and thus the button will fail to work!
