A common cause of this would be a blocked catalytic converter. Or maybe someone stuffed a potato into your exhaust.
A friend had this problem. I checked the strength of the exhaust and it seemed weak. I drilled a 3/8" hole into the converter and it ran fine. Probably didn't pass inspection.

@turay10971 you are not providing much useful information here. First I assume the "Rex2007" means RDX 2007. I also assume that when you wrote that "is not accelerating above 3" you missed a digit. Maybe 30?
Then we will need to know what engine size, what type of transmission, what exact symptoms it has, if the service engine light is on, if anything happen to the Acura prior to this. Lastly we need to know what you have already checked and if you have scanned the OBDII for any error codes.
Right now the only thing we can say for sure is that your Acura is in "Limp mode"
