As I was going to reconnect the ribbon cable I saw like something on there and I tried to get it out with a plastic pick thing and it went in there, what do I do.

Putting a drop of isopropyl alcohol apparently flushed it away, hope it works now

Do you have a can of can'ed air? Carefully try blowing it out. Make sure the liquid doesn't squirt out.

I had one but because I've used up all my luck for the day it was empty, but some isopropyl alcohol on it and tried to kinda gently pick on it with a plastic spider and it seems fine now. https://imgur.com/a/rNQ5QA2
