Gas in crankcase is engine ruined

Have a JD Z465 with briggs 27hp. Forgot to shut fuel off after cutting grass last time. Went to start it, had to choke it, bluish smoke came billowing out the exhaust. Checked the oil and it was full of gas. Drained the oil, flushed with clean oil, new filter, new oil, still blowing bluis smoke like crazy. Is the engine ruined?

@elwood24375 do you have an engine number for the Briggs? A bad leaky carb from a stuck needle valve can be a cause of that. It'll flood your cylinders and may just run into the crank case etc. So could be something simple or something really ugle and expensive
