The operating mode on my laptop just keeps changing without anything.

The operating modes on my lapopt keep swrcihing automatically. From performance to default, turbo, windows and also sometimes the microphone keeps toggling on and off automatically. Sometimes the toggling increases when i am typing but not sure if it is due to that. I just turn on my lapopt and modes start switching even if i havent even touched it or opened anything
