Since I got the new iPad last week, I was wondering if it was possible to install the A5X chip in the 4S. If it was possible wouldn't it be called iPhone 4SX???

No, the chip will not fit into the iPhone and even if it did it is almost impossible to remove the A5X chip and move it to the iPhone, not to mention the software incompatibility.
