Problem after 2.5L 2ARFE head replacement

I just finished up an engine removal and head/headgasket on my 2010 2.5L Camry. I am a former John Deere service tech and always do my own work on everything (but transmissions) and feel I'm pretty thorough and try to do things right. The old head was warped and the valves were leaky so I purchased a remanufactured head, new bolts and a gasket kit. I have a DIY Alldata subscription for this car and followed the directions closely and I feel everything went together perfectly, no extra bolts left over and everything is back as it was before I started, I enjoyed the work more than I thought I would. I verified the timing was spot on and looked at that for some time before I put the front cover back on, it was right.

I put the engine back in, charged battery, (it was dead) and started it up. After cranking for a few seconds it started up but clattered for a couple seconds which I assume is normal until oil circulates. The car idled ok but after about 30 seconds it stated missing at idle. I got in and rev'd it and above 1100 rpm it sounded great, very smooth, but when letting off the pedal it started missing (below 1100) worse and would die. I restarted several times and let it run a couple minutes between 1100-2500 rpm and it sounded nice and rev'd nice but as it warmed up it would not idle, it would die. I thought the next step was to clean the throttle body and maf, so I did that and now the car won't start at all, cranks good but just occasionally pops while cranking.  When pulling codes I did get a p0300, p0301, p0302 and p0037. I am at a loss as to what happened all the sudden, it ran to good (above idle) for a short time before I cleaned the throttle body (with throttle body cleaner and a lint free cloth) but now it will not start.  This was a running car my mother-in-law bought new in 2010 and drove daily before she over heated it. I replaced the plugs, thermostat and waterpump while I had it apart. Anybody have any troubleshooting tips or any ideas on what is going on? I am sort of lost at the moment.

Thanks for reading all that,

Jeff
