@mithilesh8223 without seeing what this looks like and only going by your description, this does sound like a broken screen. The only way to fix that would be by replacing the screen. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
