Why is the PC not taking me to homescreen
The PC is turning On but it doesn't take me the homescreen, it only shows a technical screen

Can you take a pic of the "technical screen"? Or describe it in a bit more detail? If there are words, then those will likely be helpful.
It feels unlikely that there will be personal data in any words displayed on this screen, but if there are, do not share those here! I would guess that they would be very general though, and would not contain personal information.
You might also try stackoverflow.com, as this sounds like maybe a software issue rather than a hardware one.
