Replacing the charge port board (aka daughterboard) is probably the easier way to fix it rather than just replacing the USB-C connector on the board.
Here's the ifixit Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) Screen Replacement guide that will help to gain access so that the daughterboard can be removed and replaced - see Step.36
Note: Ensure that you disconnect the battery cable from the mainboard as soon as you can access it so as to not cause any electrical problems from occurring when you're working inside the phone (it's shown in the guide linked above)
ifixit can supply the Moto G 5G (2022) Charge Port - Genuine part or alternatively search online for Moto G 5G 2022 charge port board to find suppliers that suit you best.
