Check if there's 19V DC on the output pug of the charger.
If the charger is OK it may be a faulty DC-In jack on the motherboard.
Here's a video that shows how to disassemble the laptop so that the jack on the motherboard can be checked to see if it is OK or not.
If the jack is OK i.e. 19V DC on the output of the jack when the charger is connected, then there's a problem on the motherboard and further testing would be required to find out what's wrong.
