Why does everything disappear when we connect HDMI?
The TV turns on very well and there is no problem until we connect an HDMI to it. I don't know how to fix it.

Hi @ahmetloci
What is the model number of the TV?
Is there an error message being displayed on the screen e.g. no signal etc?
Have you proved that the signal source i.e. where HDMI cable is connected to e.g. laptop, video camera etc, is working OK when you connect it via HDMI to another TV or monitor?
Have you tried using a different known working HDMI cable?
What have you tried?

@ahmetloci
Please provide the model number of the TV?
The TV no longer works at all or just not when using HDMI?
If not at all, check the HDMI connector port in the TV for damaged pins.
If there are there may be damage to the mainboard in the TV but without knowing the model number it could be another board e.g. HDMI board (if there is one that is)
It is unwise to insert a HDMI cable into a working device. It is always safer to turn the device off, plug in the HDMI cable and then turn the device on. That is providing the port is OK and hasn't been physically damaged
