Ceiling fan running slow

My Casablanca ceiling fan runs quite slow even when on high. I looked up online to see how to fix a slow running fan and most solutions seem to be to replace an old capacitor. I opened the hood of my ceiling fan to take a look at the capacitor but unfortunately I don't see one that is easily detachable. I'm looking for some help on how to fix this particular model

Are there speed controls on the fan (Like a pull chain) as well as a wall control unit? Was anything recently changed with it? If there is a pull chain on the fan, with the wall switch on high, click through the pull chain speed control until it's at the fastest by watching the fan.

There is a pull chain on the fan. Pulling on the chain changes the fan speed. The fan runs slow when both the pull chain and the wall control are set to high.

@vittalprem29151 You might try bypassing the wall control and see if the built in pull chain will let you get to full speed. This could help troubleshoot a faulty wall unit.
