Why is Milwaukee heavy duty grinder 6098 cutting off

Brushes are in great shape but are flat after cleaning with Emory paper. There's sparking at brushes when it runs briefly but cuts off. Have constant voltage to brush when I press trigger. Any help would be appreciated

Here's how to add images/video to your question in ifixit

Okay i added video I think correctly even though it doesn't play on my end so I'm not sure. I have 120 on each lead going to brushes when I press trigger. Other end of meter is connected to the grinder. I've cleaned the commutator numerous times and brushes to make sure brushes are making contact completely. If vid does play you will see that the spark comes and goes. Does not stay sparking solid like its not making contact. Brushes are at least 3/4 to 1 inch in length with nothing appering broke or damaged with them. I should've sent pic also. Hopefully someone knows the answer. I can get knew brushes if need be but not sure if thats the problem

Okay the video didn't take only an image. I'm still lost on uploading a video

When it stops and you have power to the brushes, does it hum or does nothing. Does it get warm if holding down the switch after it quits...?

No it doesn't do anything. You dont smell anything hot or burnt smell. You can rotate it or tap and it may start briefly or it may not. I want to think its just not making good contact with the brushes. I've looked at them closely to make sure theirs no wire broke in them or something. They look fine. When I do vid tomorrow I'll also upload pic of brushes. Hopefully this tome vid will take

I posted a pic of brushes. Tried video again but it didn't work. It might be in wrong format

If you look brushes have a ear on each side. I bent them outward slightly so as to make sure they're making good contact. Still same issue. As you can see the top silver in color doesn't go down in the tube. Reason I cant add pressure
