Here's an article that may help.
There's a 2 year warranty on the walker (see p.8 in the manual), but it seems that castors aren't included if they go faulty, but I may be wrong.
Here are the parts lists for the 3 variants of your model walker, if you decide to replace the castors, although for the castor components they're all use the same parts.

@sharon75911 did the wheels work for you before? Anything happened to the walker? Both wheels are independent from each other so for both to be stuck, something is definitely off. I would suggest you post some pictures of the Nitro so we can see the front wheels etc. Adding images to an existing question

They worked when I bought it new in October 24. First the right stopped turning. I tried to add spray lithium grease but it won’t go down into the casing. Now the left one doesn’t want to steer. No damage has occurred to the Rollator.
