My eachine e58 one of the propellers isn’t spinning

My eachine e58 one of the propellers isn’t spinning And the small motor of the propeller isn’t spinning the big gear that makes the propeller spin isn’t working it’s not reaching it and it doesn’t touch it when it spins how do I fix it?
