Desktop refuses to post

I have a lab of Lenovo M70q-d11 desktops. We added a new stick of ram and an extra ssd, now they refuse to get past the “LENOVO” screen. No error codes show. If I unplug both the original drive and ssd it will boot to a flash drive but then I can’t install onto the drives. If I have nothing plugged in I can get into the uefi and change the boot config but it doesn’t change that when the drives are installed it gets stuck.

Just verifying that there's no "error beeps" heard either when starting the PC?

Also have you tried removing the extra ram module (is it DDR4 2666 or 2933?) and checked if it passed POST and if so if it booted OK?
