My washing machine spin dryer basket will not run.

My washing machine is Samsung WT13J7. And its' spin dryer basket will not run. The dryer lid is properly closed & there is no laundry like socks that fall into the axel. What is the solution?

The power capacitor which assists the electric motor to have enough torque to get the drum moving has died and needs to be replaced.
