Pictures fail to download

DJI Mini 2

The DJI Mini 2 is a small drone that was made in 2020 by DJI. The DJI Mini 2 has 4K/30fps video and 10km 720p/30fps video transmission.

After taking a picture, I get an error message that says, failed to download try again.

I have reviewed the owners manual, no help. I did not know you can calll DJI support. Thanks for that, I will try calling next week.

Your question is not much informative to answer to. Here's a list of hints:

Did you verify the uSD card (in a cardreader on your laptop e.g.) to be not 0 bytes files in size?
Do you see videos and do they download but photos do not?
Or accidentally used a power-cable in stead of data cable?
Or did not switch on the drone before connecting the usb cable?
