Why my megaboom 4 is not turning on?
My device is suddenly stops working during powered on and i am trying to turn on my device but not turning on. I put on charge for few hours but not getting any response. I tried too much time for factory reset but not working. Please suggest me what to do ?

When you connect it to the charger, are you getting any lights, or indications it is charging?
