ac problems cold then hot air blows while driving

My ac blows cold but when I start driving it starts to blow warm air. If I stop and restart the car it starts to blow cold again. I have put on a new compressor, expansion valve and ac pressure sensor. Does anyone know what could be causing that to happen? I have a 2012 Passat
