Ice maker creating small cubes. Service Manual?

I have a Bosch B30BB830SS / 50 FD 9408 100009 single fridge door (not French Door) built-in refrigerator. I changed the filter (OEM) and started hearing hammering noise when the ice maker water would come on, but it seemed to still be producing ice. Concerned about the noise, I turned off the ice maker and called for service. Tech checked filter and accessed service mode through the control panel. Forced manual operation of ice maker and flush the filter. We heard no noise, but since then have only gotten sporadic production of tiny ice cubes.

I now know how to get into service mode, but don't know the codes/procedures. Does anyone have the service manual for this model?
