Hi @stefantirui
Try a full power refresh just in case it is a corrupted BIOS that is the cause of the problem.
Turn off the PC if it is on and then disconnect the power from the PC.
Open the PC case and remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard.
Here's the owner manual for the mini tower version of the model (you didn't specify which version you have) that may help.
Go to the bottom on p.14 to view the procedure to remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard. When the battery is out, check its voltage. If the battery's voltage is <2.5V DC or if the battery is >4-5 years old, replace it. It is a CR2032 battery available most everywhere.
Press and hold the PC Power button operated for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reinsert the coin cell battery on the motherboard (+ve side up as marked on the battery). Reassemble the PC, reconnect the power to the PC and turn it on and check if it now works OK.
If it does, there may be a message stating that the date and time are incorrect. This is normal as the BIOS has been reset back to its factory default state. Once the date and time have been corrected, the message won't appear the next time the PC is started. Also any user definable BIOS settings, that were altered by you to suit whatever system requirements you needed, will have to be changed back again as well.
