Replace battery Halo Capsule

We have a Halo Capsule vacuum cleaner - the original 01 version. The battery will no longer hold its charge. Halo used to offer a ‘battery refresh’ service, at which they would replace the battery. They no longer offer this, and I can’t find any advice as to how to change the battery…any thoughts out there?!
