1 samsung rf32cg5300sr freezer not freezing
So my samsung 3 door fridge is just over the year warranty. No samsung techs in my area. My local tech came out and said my condenser fan was not spinning fast enough, it must be no good. He said in the mean time put a small desk fan behind the fridge in front of the compressor and see if that causes the freezer to become cold again and freeze the items. I did that, It worked! freezer was ice cold, freezing the food and making ice. I ordered a samsung fan, $120.00 and replaced the old fan with a brand new one... thinking that would fix the issue.. It did not. I took the desk fan from behind the fridge, slid it back and expected the new condenser fan to work. My freezer became warm again, no ice and food thawing out. I put the desk fan back behind the fridge in front of the compressor, back to freezing and making ice.
In order to get a samsung tech to my area its going to cost almost $300.00!
Can anyone! explain why the desk fan works, and makes the freezer freeze everything like new but once its removed my freezer warms up.
YES, I checked the interior fan behind the back wall in the freezer it is working fine.
what could it be?!
