rebooting and/or Kernel Panic

Hello to everyone

I'm here today to ask a kind of "advice help suggestion" ... whatever can be of help me to make this MacBook Pro great again

I get this A1398 2015 ( MacBookPro11,4 retina 2.2 IG ) from a friend ...acquaintance actually!

at visual inspections no liquid signs

If I press power button start ( dong and Apple logo appear )... load some OS, but after 10" stops and start to boot again!

A kind of Boot loop ... easy I said !

Well no quite , some times after couple times give back a kernel Panic sign too !

So I decide to open it and check hardware issues ....

The only way to make it boot is to disconnect the touch pad flat ( yes I did replace that already 2 times is not that )

Well is the track pad itself .... No way, I did replace that as well 2 times with some good one working from another a1398 !

Even If I remove the keyboard still give kernel panic and or reboot ......

The only way is something relate to track pad circuit ...I guess

The funny thing is, without the track pad , the laptop start ( very fast spinning fans )

Boot up normally, no as fast as it should be ... but does it

the system has a slight delay in the mouse movement... because under Activity Monitor the process Kernel Task is 500%.... 700%

Of course is searching for something .....

I already replace battery , works fine ... with and with out power supply , yes 85W MagSafe 2

there is nothing I can remove from the logic board to make it works...again ?

I thought you can see the log file from software issues

Some times kernel panic is different

Here:

panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff800c7cc473): Kernel trap at 0xffffff800c930f97, type 14=page fault, registers:

My question now is , how can be memory issue if it is working with no track pad ?

And even so , why only kernel panic about memory ....?

PS: I already replaced the NVMe already same issues .... H. Sierra , Monterey and Sonoma !

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated , thank you .

Ciao

A panic that you are encountering with the trackpad connected maybe a RAM issue, not in the way you're thinking! The memory stack is driven by a set load order of the OS and the needed drivers. So when the trackpad is not installed you are leaving a void so that could be why it works. That would be a bad chip or more likely a cold solder joint on one of RAM chips or the PCH chip the RAM connects to.
