The PS4 won’t Turn On.

When I plug the power cable in, it beeps 3 times and then does nothing. If I press on any of its buttons, they do nothing. The power supply is in good shape, and I'm now stumped on what to do

Are you sure that the PSU is in good shape? Did you tried another one?

Would do this first.

Otherwise it could be APU related... And reballing is required to get it back to work.
