Hazard turn signals relay

Where is the relay located can't find it under hood or under dash. When I activate hazards clicking comes fron driver side door behind cover near speaker????????? 2008 chevy tahoe flex fuel

What's the problem with the hazard lights?

Are the individual left/right, front/rear turn signals working OK when the appropriate L/R turn signal switch on the steering column is operated?

The hazard lights flashing circuit is in the BCM (body control unit) and is not a separate module.
