How to replace lcd?

This isn't really important, but just as a point of order before we start, your phone technically has an OLED display, not an LCD. Those are two very different technologies, with the OLED being newer, with higher resolution and uses less power.

Anyway, with your phone, like several Android phones, there are two ways to do a screen replacement. The first is to remove the screen by itself. This involves taking out the battery to access the display connector, then peeling off the connector from the phone's midframe, and finally separating the OLED display from the midframe. You then have to clean off the old adhesive, replace it with a sheet of precut adhesive or use some glue such as B-7000. This video shows the steps and procedures involved.

The second method is a completely different procedure in which you purchase the screen already mounted to the midframe. That alleviates the issue of separating the old screen, cleaning it and regluing it, but it means you basically have to gut the phone and move all of the interior components to the new midframe. Generally I've found that the cost of the screen+midframe assembly is only a few dollars more than the screen alone; you often make that up when you have to buy glue. This is generally the preferred and safer procedure, but which one you use is up to you. Here's a different video showing the second technique.
