It says critical low battery
When I charge my laptop the charging indicator light and power on/off keep blinking

Try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.

Search online for AC13C4¹ to find battery suppliers that suit you best. (supplier examples only).
¹ This is battery model number. Check what it shows on your particular battery to verify if it is the same model, before ordering a new one.

Can there be another solution
If the laptop works when a charger is connected to it, create a battery report to check that status of the battery.
Compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value shown by the report.
For a good battery they should be close to the same value.
If not or if you can't even turn the laptop on, replacing the battery is the best option.
If the battery has never been replaced, given that the laptop model was released in 2014 the battery could be >8 years old, so it's quite likely that the battery has reached the end of its working life. Even rechargeable batteries don't last forever.
