How to replace the LCD cable?

How does the LCD cable release? It seems there is a covering that is holding it to the antenna bar but it looks like it is fixed to the screen? I need to remove the antenna bar 1st, but it is stuck to the cable by what appears to be a black tape but it is not tape.... 13:26 on this video but not really shown well.....
