Hi @angelamendez

What year is the vehicle, what engine size does it have i.e. 2.0L, 3.0L, 4.4L or 4.6L and what is the problem with the engine?

You don't clean head gaskets.

The only time a gasket should be a concern is if it is "blown" i.e. gasket is leaking which causes the engine to malfunction due to possible oil leaks, coolant leaks, loss of compression, engine misfiring etc depending on where it occurred.

If this is the case it needs to be replaced before any more damage occurs to the engine.
