Replace Dell Latitude 5580 motherboard with new

Need to replace with new motherboard that will fit within the laptop of the Latitude 5580 i7. Dell what me to buy a whole new laptop, when nothing is wrong with the laptop I have, but the hardware is not compatible with Windows 11 Pro. Need to change the mother board.
