Replacement leaf spring contacts

Has anyone ever been able to find a good replacement for the flimsy leaf spring contacts in this charging dock? It seems like a common issue that the contacts bend and break (I knowingly bought a second hand dock that has a broken pin).

I've been unable to find a replacement I'm confident will fit/work. If any electronics gurus could point me to a part that would be a good fit that would be great. If not, I'll probably blindly buy a few different ones and see if they work.
