I have a 2013 civic and from the exhaust i hear buff buff sounds every 5-7 seconds.
please play this video and let me know what do I need to fix? Is it spark plug? My miles are 203000

@ron28490 could be :-) and it wont hurt to change the plugs. Ultimately I would suggest that you have your Honda's OBD scanned. Let's see if it gives you any error codes. There are just to many things that can cause this. Things like bad coils, bad wires, bad crankshaft or camshaft sensors, vacuum leaks etc.

Thank you Oldturkey03 for a reply, I ran ob2 scanner and found that it was Ignition coils, I ordered online and as soon as it delivers I will take to shop to replace it. Also after they did my wheel alignment VSA system and Power Steering Lights are ON now :(
@ron28490 since you have an electric power steering pump, this is a pain. It is possible that this happen whenever they did the alignment. Your system maybe in safe mode or the modules got damaged. It is of course also possible that this is an issues with a software update etc. Again, a scan should reveal any issues with that. If not, you will have to rely an your local dealer to provide a software update etc. Nothing is easy anymore ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One pattern I have noticed is wheny car goes in puddle or pot holes some things moves inside the tire or wheel which gives this error but after putting thr car back in the puddle , those sensors are reset and all check lights goes away.
@ron28490 have them check the modules. Something is definitely not right. It may just be loose.
I just started my car right now and all the check light went away. I dont know but it went. Still I will replace ignition coil and spark plugs.
