How to repair off and on laptop

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Is the laptop powering on and off or is it only the screen turning on and off?

If only the screen try connecting an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check if the display on it stays on. Don't forget to press the appropriate action key (4th key from left - top row) to switch the display from the laptop to the external monitor.
