I have a frigidaire stove, and it's not heating. It would start to warm up, but couldn't fully reach the temperature i needed. Is there typically something that goes first, like the thermometer or heating elements?

Assuming that you mean the oven temperature, here's the service data sheet that may help.
It describes how to calibrate the oven and also what resistance value the temperature probe will exhibit at selected temperatures, when measured using a DMM's (digital multimeter) Ohmmeter function. Remember to disconnect the power from the oven when using an Ohmmeter.
If the calibration doesn't work, try measuring the temperature probe at various known temperatures. You may need a separate oven thermometer to do this just in case the oven's temperature display is incorrect for what ever reason. Connect the Ohmmeter between terminal P29/1 and P29/2 on the control board.
If the temperature tests OK at the various temperatures, unfortunately the data sheet doesn't specify the resistance value of the bake element (part # 316563600). Usually they're in the range of 20-30 Ohms. (measure between P7 and P5 on the control board).
If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

So I ran some tests on it, just going through the different cooking modes. The top and bottom elements work fine, and I’m pretty sure the back one works too. The oven heats just fine with all of the cook modes except bake. Broil, convect and all the others work just fine. Is it a software issue? Also, I replaced the thermometer, so that’s not the issue.
How many degrees is the selected temperature off from the actual temperature?
Have you checked the temperature using an oven thermometer and not just relying on the control panel's displayed temp?
Did you try calibrating the oven as suggested, you never said?
Does the control board indicate that the bake element is turned on continually trying to attain the selected temp or does the bake element turn off occasionally during cooking, indicating that the selected temp has been achieved?
The degree offset is at 0.
No, I have not tried to calibrate it yet. I’ll do that once I’m done posting this.
It does not turn off while heating. It just keeps trying to heat itself, like it can’t reach the temp. Also, when it used to heat, it usually used the top element, and occasionally switching to the bottom bake element. Now, it uses the bottom almost exclusively, only switching to the top for about 15 seconds every 5 minutes or so.
Could be the bake element.
Disconnect the power from the stove and then either disconnect the bake element and measure the resistance of the element directly across the element terminals or remove the wires from the P5 & P7 terminals on the control board and measure across the two wires (not the control board terminals). Remember which wire goes went where when reconnecting them.
Also check that there's no resistance between the element terminals and the chassis of the oven which may be reducing the current flow through the element, making it heat less. The resistance should be infinite i.e. open circuit.

`if your Frigidaire stove starts heating but doesn’t reach full temperature, it’s often due to a faulty bake element, temperature sensor, or control board. Check for visible damage on the element or try resetting the oven. If unsure, a tech can test it with a multimeter.
