What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if a custom build desktop PC?

If a custom build what is the make and model number of the CPU? If it's an Intel brand it may have integrated graphics capability and you can connect the monitor to the motherboard's HDMI port instead of the GPU card's and see if that works

Can you get into BIOS on startup with a display showing on the monitor?

Have you verified that the monitor is working OK?
