My laptop was fine until oneday while multitasking it turned off.For me to turn it back on i have to plug in a charger. The moment i try to do multitasking without the charger plugged in,it turns off again. From there i can only use the laptop while charging.

@eugenekwarteng this could be a battery issue. It may no longer supply the voltages/amperages that are required by your computer when you increase the workload. Tell us more details about what you mean by multitasking. It's to broad of a term to help with the trouble shooting.

What i mean by multitasking is just having more than two apps opened.Then is turn off

Hello sir I have replaced the battery as you said and is working fine now.I was having issues with my keys 5,6 and other symbols.And I replaced the keyboard too now it has gotten worse most number and letters are not working too.Is the a way I can fix it
@eugenekwarteng double check your work and make sure it is properly connected. Check the ribbon cable for tears or other damage. Check the connector for bend or broken pins.
It is also possible that you may have gotten a bad keyboard. I would try a different keyboard (return the one you got and have the seller get you a new one) Should another new keyboard still not work, you may have an issue with the keyboard circuitry IC on your motherboard.
