Bosh Series 6 Dishwasher - E15 error

Hi - My Bosh Series 6 Dishwasher, has an E15 error, as it is leaking into the bottom tray.

It is also making a weird crunching sound when starting up and periodically through the cycle.

I've tried to look and see where the leak is coming from, but can't tell as the view into the bottom is obscured by pipes.
