unenrolling from enterprise restrictions

I had this chromebook for school and now I use it for home purposes, does anyone know how I can remove enterprise restrictions?

CTR+SHIFT+R does not work, dev mode is disabled, and I do not have access to settings.

Is there something I can do with the hardware to powerwash it, like wipe the hard drive externally somehow?
