How can I let it work again

For us to help you, we need to know more:

1. List the things you have already tried.

2. Describe what it does (and doesn't) do, for example when you turn it on is there any fan noise, do any LEDs come on, if yes which ones? what color(s), do they flash? if they do, describe how many times and whether there is any pattern to them as for example "Power LED: 2 long, white, three short, green, then repeats".

3. Tell us when and how it quit working...

4. Pictures are worth a thousand words. a video or pictures of anything unusual may be helpful too.
