  1. Has someone adjusted the settings on it?
  2. Did this happen overnight or from one turn-off to turn-on system?
  3. Can you try the system with another TV?
  4. Is the TV setup properly for sound and the set-top cable box? You can check this if you have a gaming console.

It happened in one day. I turned it off and two hours later I turned it on. No sound. I tried it on 2 other tvs — no sound. Otherwise everything else works great.

to customise audio settings.
