Slacken the holder and try a strong magnet

If you can't get needle-nose pliers on it try holding it so it's pointed down, hold the release and try banging it (on the side with a small hammer or such) to get it to drop out and maybe add some WD40 and a strong magnet to help in the process.

Thanks matcotaco. I will try tomorrow, and let you know. I already tried a U-Tube suggestion w/o success, but you have added a hammer w/magnet use and wd 10-40. Thanks I'll try 4-sure
