Fault in 65-inch Samsung TV

Hello everyone!

I would be happy to consult I had a problem with a Samsung TV (UE65TU7100U) bought 4 years ago.

In the last two days there has been a strange phenomenon that there is a fixed scroll bar on the display of the device, I made an update to the TV and turned it off from the power, nothing helped unfortunately.

I would love to know if there is a way to solve it, it is worth putting it in for repair, of course it is without warranty.
