It could be a faulty door switch or door switch actuator. There are two sets of each in the oven, i.e. switch and actuator, one set on the left side and one set on the right side of the oven.
Here are two videos that show how to replace the switch and the actuator that may help. At least so that you can gain access to them to check if the door switches are both electrically OK by using a DMM's (digital multimeter) Ohmmeter function to check if they operate or not when the door is closed (do this with the power disconnected from the oven) and also to check if both of the actuators are mechanically operating/releasing the door switch when the door is closed and opened.

If either are faulty and need to be replaced, the part number for each part shown in the video is applicable to your model oven i.e W10211972 (door switch) and WPW10120235 (door actuator). Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
