The Grand Prix was updated for 2004 on a revised version of the GM W platform and was unveiled at the 2002 Chicago International Auto Show on February 7, 2002 as the Grand Prix G-Force Concept.

How to change heater core

My passenger floor mat is being covered in coolant and it is coming from behind the dashboard where the heater core is located. I would like to know the proper steps to take in order to remove the dash, like what exactly I have to remove, and how to remove it so I don't remove anything unnecessary. I also would like to know how the cover for the heater core inside of the cabin would come off because from what I can tell there are plastic rivets holding it in place

I highly recommend purchasing a Haynes manual covering your car's model and year to do this job. The $30 will be money well spent, especially if you do your own work on this car.

Here is a link to purchase the manual for your car on Amazon although you should feel free to do a wider search for it. It may be available locally at auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance Auto, PepBoys or any other auto parts store.
