Why is the fabric conditioner not draining?
We put the fabric conditioner and it does not drain down at all. We have cleaned the drawer, we have drained the washer, we have tried other cycles and still nothing.

What is the full model number of the washer?
Reason for asking is that there are 4 model variants i.e. WF210ANWXAA-01 → WF210ANWXAA-04 and they don't all have the exact same parts if a replacement part is needed.
As an initial check, try pouring some Liquid chlorine bleach into the bleach compartment of the dispenser draw and check if it is being drained after running the Quick Wash cycle without a load.
If it is it may be a faulty bleach water inlet valve which I think is also the one being used to flush the fabric softener but I'm not 100% sure of this.
